Steak wraps

375g Northern Ireland Farm Quality Assured sirloin or rump steak 

4 pitta breads

4 medium sized tomatoes 

8 x 5ml spoons (8 tsp) Dijon mustard

Mixed salad leaves


Chopping boards, knives, frying pan, mixing spoon, measuring spoons.


  1. Cut the steak into thick slices.
  2. Dry fry the steak slices in a frying pan for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally
  3. On a separate chopping board, cut the pitta bread in half.
  4. Roughly chop the tomatoes.
  5. Fill each pitta bread half with steak slices, chopped tomatoes, lettuce leaves and a teaspoon of Dijon mustard before serving.
