Peel and dice the red onion and slice the spring onions.
Heat the oil in a large wok over a high heat and fry the onion for 5 minutes until soft and browning.
Stir in steak pieces and cook for 5 minutes.
Add crushed garlic, grated ginger, reduced salt soy sauce and reduced sugar sweet chilli sauce. Cook for a minute, and then add half the spring onions, lime juice and chilli flakes.
Heat the noodles as per packet instructions and arrange them into serving bowls.
Top with steak and add the remaining spring onions, chilli flakes, and lime juice.
Serve with a side salad.
