Place the steaks into the marinade, making sure the steaks are well coated. Cover the bowl with cling film and place in the fridge to marinate for 2 hours.
Heat a non-stick frying pan and fry the steaks for 1 minute on each side to seal.
Remove the steaks from the pan and place on a baking tray.
Add the marinade to the frying pan and bring to the boil, simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour the marinade over the steaks and cook for 8-10 minutes in the oven.
While the steaks are cooking, cook the green beans in boiling water for 1 minute then drain.
Peel and crush the garlic.
Heat the oil in a separate frying pan and add the garlic, green beans and chilli flakes and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove the steaks from the oven and leave to rest for 2 minutes.
Slice the steaks and serve on top of the green beans with the sauce.
