    • 2 garlic cloves
    • 1 Onion
    • 700 g Cherry tomatoes
    • 60 g Fresh basil
    • 1 x 15 ml spoon (1 tbsp) Olive oil
    • 480 g Dried pasta
    • 1 x 5 ml spoon (1 tsp) Ground black pepper
    • 120 g Crumbled goats cheese

    • Peel and crush the garlic. Peel and finely chop the onion.
    • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
    • Thinly slice the basil.
    • Heat the oil in a large saucepan and cook the onion and garlic until soft.
    • Add the tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes until they start to soften. Add the basil and stir.
    • Remove the saucepan from the heat and set aside.
    • Bring water to the boil in a large saucepan, add the pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes. Drain the pasta.
    • Add the tomatoes to the pasta and stir.  Cover with tin foil to keep warm and set aside.
    • Season the steak with black pepper.
    • Heat a frying pan or skillet and cook the steak for 4 minutes on each side.
    • Remove the steak from the pan and cut into thin slices.
    • Serve the pasta with the steak slices and top with the crumbled goats cheese.
