Farm in a Box
A free, hands-on learning kit created specifically for Foundation Stage pupils in Northern Ireland. Packed with interactive activities, this resource is carefully aligned with the curriculum, supporting teachers in exploring farming themes across multiple subject areas.
Each box is a hands-on farm adventure, packed with sensory materials, animal figures, a curriculum-linked workbook, a wool-spinning activity, and teaching resources like posters, flashcards, and worksheets. Children can explore environmental care through a sensory soil activity, learn about animal welfare by examining feed and bedding, and discover everyday farming practices such as sheep shearing. Designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and learning, these boxes bring the work of NIFQAS to life in the classroom.
