Peel and thinly slice the onion.
Cut off the top and bottom of the courgette and cut into dice.
Halve the cherry tomatoes.
On a separate chopping board cut the steaks into small chunks. Remember to wash your hands thoroughly after handling raw meat.
Heat the oil in the wok, add the beef and curry paste and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the onion and courgette and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir well.
Add the passata or chopped tomatoes and stir well. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the Greek yogurt and cherry tomatoes and stir. Cook for 1 minute.
Serve the curry with naan breads or poppadoms and boiled rice.
