Marinade the beef cubes for 5 minutes.
Thread the beef cubes and the vegetables onto the skewers. If using wooden skewers soak before use.
On a separate chopping board, cut the beef into chunks the same size as the vegetables. Remember to thoroughly wash your hands after handling raw meat.
Cook over a hot barbeque, turning until all sides are cooked.
Alternatively cook under a pre-heated grill.
Serve with a mixed salad and crusty bread.
