Ingredients
- 375 g Northern Ireland Farm Quality Assured lean beef steak, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp quick barbeque marinade
- 1 red onion cut into chunks, the same size as the steak
- 1 red pepper cut into chunks, the same size as the steak
- 1 courgette cut into chunks, the same size as the steak

Method
- Marinade the beef cubes for 5 minutes.
- Thread the beef cubes and the vegetables onto the skewers. If using wooden skewers soak before use.
- On a separate chopping board, cut the beef into chunks the same size as the vegetables. Remember to thoroughly wash your hands after handling raw meat.
- Cook over a hot barbeque, turning until all sides are cooked.
- Alternatively cook under a pre-heated grill.
- Serve with a mixed salad and crusty bread.
