INGREDIENTS:
METHOD: • Dry fry mince and garlic until cooked through. • Add onion and cook until softened. • Add remaining vegetables, seasoning, sauce and sugar. Cover pan and simmer gently for 15 minutes. • Serve in tortillas: o Add ½ tsp water to a non stick frying pan. o Place tortilla into pan, add 2 tbsp of meat sauce mixture, sprinkle with a little cheese. Brush the edges with water and fold into a D shape. Press edges to seal, heat for 1-2 minutes before turning over. o OR heat the tortillas for 30/40 seconds in the microwave oven. Place meat mixture in the centre of the tortilla, sprinkle on cheese; fold in the bottom followed by the two sides to make a pocket. • Serve with a crunchy salad.
