BBQ Beef Kebabs

INGREDIENTS:

  • 375 g (12 oz) lean beef steak, cut into cubes.
  • 2 x 5ml (2 tbsp) of quick barbeque marinade.
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks, the same size as the steak.
  • 1 red pepper, cut into chunks, the same size as the steak.
  • 1 courgette, cut into chunks, the same size as the steak.

METHOD:

4 wooden or metal skewers, if using wooden skewers, soak in water before use.

• Marinade the beef cubes for 5 minutes.
• Thread the beef cubes and the vegetables onto the skewers.
• Cook over a hot barbeque, turning until all sides are cooked.
• Alternatively cook under a pre-heated grill.
• Serve with a mixed salad and crusty bread.
