Dietary Advice

Dietary advice is a key theme which runs through all sections of the website with a focus on healthy eating, nutrients and a balanced diet.  Both the Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 areas focus on these messages and learning objectives.

In addition to the information on each section, we have developed some additional resources which you may find useful for use in the classroom.  These include:

Healthy Breakfast

We have developed an activity which can be used in class to prompt discussion.
