    • 375 g Northern Ireland Farm Quality Assured sirloin or rump steak 
    • 4 Pitta breads
    • 4 Medium sized tomatoes
    • 8 x 5 ml (8 tsp) Dijon mustard
    • Mixed salad leaves

    Method
    • Cut the steak into thick slices.
    • Dry fry the steak slices in a frying pan for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally
    • On a separate chopping board, cut the pitta bread in half.
    • Roughly chop the tomatoes.
    • Fill each pitta bread half with steak slices, chopped tomatoes, lettuce leaves and a teaspoon of Dijon mustard before serving.
