Ingredients
- 375 g Northern Ireland Farm Quality Assured sirloin or rump steak
- 4 Pitta breads
- 4 Medium sized tomatoes
- 8 x 5 ml (8 tsp) Dijon mustard
- Mixed salad leaves

Method
- Cut the steak into thick slices.
- Dry fry the steak slices in a frying pan for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally
- On a separate chopping board, cut the pitta bread in half.
- Roughly chop the tomatoes.
- Fill each pitta bread half with steak slices, chopped tomatoes, lettuce leaves and a teaspoon of Dijon mustard before serving.
