Topped Steaks

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 lean Northern Ireland Farm Quality Assured beef steaks
  • 2 x 15ml sp (2tbsp) Cranberry Sauce
  • 50g (2oz) Camembert Cheese

METHOD:

Grill one side of the steaks, according to the chart below. Turn the steaks over and grill the other side for half the cooking time. Spread over the Cranberry Sauce and then top with the Camembert Cheese. Grill the steaks for the remaining cooking time. Serve with a mixed green salad, asparagus and new potatoes.
