Chilli Nachos

INGREDIENTS:
450g (1lb) lean minced beef
1 x 400g (can) chick peas or red kidney beans
500g (1 jar) chilli con carne sauce
150g (5oz) tortilla crisps
2 x 15ml sp (2tbsp) low-fat cheddar cheese, grated

METHOD:
· Place lean minced beef in a large non-stick wok or saucepan and dry fry for 4-6 minutes, until browned.
· Add the drained can of chick peas or red kidney beans, and the jar of chilli con carne sauce and simmer for a further 6-8 minutes.
· Place tortilla crisps in a bowl, pour chilli mince over top and sprinkle the low-fat cheddar cheese.
