- 1 garlic crusher
- 1 teaspoon

- 1 vegetable knife
- 1 Tin opener
- 1 Fish slice
- 4 serving dishes

Ingredients
- 500 g of Northern Ireland Farm Quality Assured lean steak mince
- 1 Large garlic clove
- 1 tsp low salt soy sauce
- 1 Egg
- Pepper
Ingredients for the sauce
- 3 tbsp Low fat mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Low salt soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
To serve
- 1 Small tin pineapple rings
- 1 Red onion
- 4 Slices cheddar cheese
- 2 Radishes
- 4 Burger buns
- Salad leaves

Method
- Peel and crush the garlic.
- Peel and finely slice the onion.
- Trim and thinly slice the radishes.
- Open and drain the pineapple rings.
- Crack egg into large bowl. WASH HANDS. Whisk lightly with a fork.
- Add the mince, garlic, soy sauce and pepper and mix well.
- Turn out onto red chopping board and form into 4 equal sized burgers. WASH HANDS.
- Heat the grill to a medium heat.
- Meanwhile prepare the sauce – stir the mayonnaise, soy sauce, honey and cayenne together in a small mixing bowl and spread on burger bun.
- Grill the burgers under a medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes on both sides
- Just before the burgers are ready, place a slice of cheese on top and allow it to melt.
- Remove burger from the grill, place on the burger bun.
- Top with the pineapple, sliced radishes and onion.
- Serve with salad leaves.
