    Ingredients
    • 500 g of Northern Ireland Farm Quality Assured lean steak mince
    • 1 Large garlic clove
    • 1 tsp low salt soy sauce
    • 1 Egg
    • Pepper

    Ingredients for the sauce

    • 3 tbsp Low fat mayonnaise
    • 2 tbsp Low salt soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp Honey
    • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper

    To serve

    • 1 Small tin pineapple rings
    • 1 Red onion
    • 4 Slices cheddar cheese
    • 2 Radishes
    • 4 Burger buns
    • Salad leaves

    Method
    • Peel and crush the garlic.
    • Peel and finely slice the onion.
    • Trim and thinly slice the radishes.
    • Open and drain the pineapple rings.
    • Crack egg into large bowl. WASH HANDS. Whisk lightly with a fork.
    • Add the mince, garlic, soy sauce and pepper and mix well.
    • Turn out onto red chopping board and form into 4 equal sized burgers. WASH HANDS.
    • Heat the grill to a medium heat.
    • Meanwhile prepare the sauce – stir the mayonnaise, soy sauce, honey and cayenne together in a small mixing bowl and spread on burger bun.
    • Grill the burgers under a medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes on both sides
    • Just before the burgers are ready, place a slice of cheese on top and allow it to melt.
    • Remove burger from the grill, place on the burger bun.
    • Top with the pineapple, sliced radishes and onion.
    • Serve with salad leaves.
